Given as a present to my wife, this pendant was then worn by her at a party where several people commented favorably as to its attractiveness. To my pleasure, they tended to highly over estimate what I might have paid for it. The Sterling silver necklace and "lattice worked" cage around the heart was well done. I consider it a "gem" -- ie a fantastic, pleasant piece of attractive jewellery that might easily be mistaken for pricing a tidy sum, but really didn't.
